Technology at service to your cooking

Zone B

  • Two Gas Burners

    Two Gas Burners

  • DeManincor gas burners are perfectly watertight and are situated in a stainless-steel  basin welded to the worktop with a drain. This drain allows you to better manage cleaning at the end of the cooking: the cleaning liquids will in fact flow into a special collection drawer, which is removable and dishwasher safe.

The collection drawer can be removed if the cooking range is installed with a wastewater drain, meaning no regular emptying of the drawer.

Apart from the small burner (2kW), all the others are double-crowned and reach up to 5kW. The enameled cast iron grids are heavy-duty (4.5Kg) and washable.

Where many burners are placed side-by-side, it is possible to insert spacers between the grids to increase the space available for cooking with large diameter pans.

  • Powerful Central Burner

    Powerful Central Burner

  • Powerful 6kW double crown gas central burner.

The burner is perfectly sealed and inserted in a stainless-steel basin welded to the worktop with a drain. This drain allows you to better manage cleaning at the end of cooking: the cleaning liquids will in fact flow into a special collection drawer, which is removable and dishwasher safe.

The collection drawer can be removed if the cooking range is installed with a wastewater drain, meaning no regular emptying of the drawer.

The enameled cast iron grill is heavy-duty (4Kg), washable and with a special adapter makes it compatible with Wok-type pans.

On the side, between the burner grids, it is possible to insert spacers to increase the space available for cooking with large diameter pans.

  • Multifunction Gas Plate 30x48

    Multifunction Gas Plate 30x48

  • The multifunctional gas plate in enameled cast has a size of 30x48cm. The 4.4kW gas burner has an elongated shape that allows a uniform temperature over the entire surface of the plate, thus making the most of the size of the grill. It is possible to check the burner pilot flame from the front eyelet on the control panel.

The plate is defined as Multifunctional because it is double-sided and reversible: one side smooth and the other ribbed.

The ribbed side is designed to mark meat, fish, or vegetables whilst the smooth side can be used for both direct and indirect cooking.

In fact, being in enameled cast iron similar to the grids of gas burners, it allows to avoid scratches or marks on the surface as the pots move. as well as being easily washable.

  • Ribbed Electric Grill Plate

    Ribbed Electric Grill Plate

  • The ribbed plate (30x50cm) is made with a special composition and has an external surface in 3mm thick polished stainless steel.

The Grill allows perfect and extremely precise cooking, thanks to the digital control that manages the temperature of the plate.

Accuracy is guaranteed by two temperature probes positioned 3mm from the external surface and is therefore extremely sensitive to the variations because of the contact with the food being cooked.

The grill plate has a perimeter  with continuous water flow and drain. This, both allows for easier cleaning, and creates a thermal break between the plate (which operates at almost 300°C) and the rest of the worktop, to which it is welded, preventing heat transfer

    Electric Teppanyaki Plate

  • The smooth plate (30x50cm) is made with a special composition and has an external surface in 3mm thick polished stainless steel.

Teppanyaki allows perfect and extremely precise cooking, thanks to the digital control that manages the degree of the temperature of the plate.

Accuracy is guaranteed by two temperature probes positioned 3mm from the external surface and is therefore extremely sensitive to the variations because of the contact with the food being cooked.

  • 2-Zone Induction Hob

    2-Zone Induction Hob

  • 2-zone induction hob of 1.4kW and 1.4kW respectively (or 2kW with a booster).

There are 9 different power levels with the possible activation of the booster on one zone if necessary. This function will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.

By activating the "Child Lock" function, which has no time limit, the cooking zones cannot be switched on, not even by turning the control knobs.

The pan detection system  means that it is essential to use cookware suitable for induction.

  • 2-Zone Vitroceramic Hob

    2-Zone Vitroceramic Hob

  • Infrared vitroceramic hob with 2 zones of 1.2kW and 1.8kW.

The cooking hob operates in a cyclical manner, i.e. it switches on and off at regular intervals.

The vitroceramic hob has a "residual heat" warning indicator. An indicator light under the glass lights up if the cooking zone reaches a temperature that could cause potential burns.

This light remains on even if the cooking zone is already off, but there are still risks due to residual heat - it will only go out when there is no risk.

Unlike induction, but similar to gas burners, vitroceramic hobs allow cooking with all types of cookware (copper, earthenware, etc..).
